Leadership

Our firm’s leadership team has a combined fifty plus years of experience. Traveling the path to ‘older but wiser’ has taught us many things. Besides a deep knowledge of design and construction, we’ve learned that our most important skill is our ability to translate our clients’ dreams into built realities.

Tom Weston AIA, Principal

Tom first joined McIntyre Capron in 1993, where, over a ten year period, he evolved from a junior designer into a Sr. Project Manager. From 2002 - 2004, he was a Sr. Project Manager for the Martin Architectural Group. At Martin he worked on large-scale, mixed-use projects. Although he found the complexity of these projects invigorating, he missed the direct, creative connection he found in residential architecture. In 2005, Tom rejoined McIntyre Capron, this time as a Principal. Tom holds a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Cornell University and is a registered Architect in the State of Pennsylvania.
