Project Description: Bordered by houses built in the 1930’s and 40’s, this custom home was designed to artfully blend in with its neighbors. Though over 6,500 sq.ft. – with a 3-car garage – the true size of the house was masked by lowering the roof lines and adding engaged dormers. The result – larger, new construction that is perfectly at home in an older, well-established neighborhood.
