Expand Project Details

Size: 2,000 sq.ft.

Project Types: Renovation

Services: Architecture

Photography: Kirk Zutell of KZ Photo inc

Project Description: This exquisitely designed carriage home was built in the 1890’s by renowned architect Frank Furness. Heralded as the “most prominent architect of Victorian America”, Furness’s genius can be seen throughout this historically certified structure, previously owned by J. Howard Pew. While the exterior retains the grandeur of the past, the interior has been thoroughly updated with an entrance hall, breakfast room and enlarged master suite.
