Project Description: Designed to reference the historic North Wayne free-style Victorian architecture of it's neighbors, this 5,200 square foot new home has all the open-floor plan spaces of today in a Gambrel Roof shingle cottage. A three level staircase unites each of the three levels of the home. Filled with light and wrapping around an open space in the middle, the stair is a dramatic gesture.
